Register as an I AM Experience Leader below. A member of our team will reach out to you. All of our I AM Leaders will be assigned an I AM coach who will be available to answer any of your questions and help you as you lead your group.

The cost to lead a group is $120*, which includes:

• The Experience Box shipped to your home containing:

  • The I Am Experience Curriculum

  • I Am Book Hard Copy

  • Journal & Pen

• Access to each sessions video teaching

• Leaders Guide containing:

  • Detailed explanation and instructions on conducting your I AM Experience group

  • Expert tips on leading small groups

  • Step-by-step guide for leading each session, including recommended discussion questions.

• Weekly 1:1 check-ins with your I AM Experience coach

• Exclusive access to a private facebook group to connect to the I AM Community AND

• Exclusive access to a private facebook group cohort of other I AM Experience Leaders to ask questions, share wins, or share tips!

*Leader cost is reduced for individuals who have gone through the I AM Experience independent study

We want to make sure you are fully resourced and confident as a leader of an I AM Experience group! Chat with your coach to help train and prepare you to lead your group! This training will help convey the vision and mission of the I AM Experience and provide tips on small group facilitation. Your coach will also reach out to you for a quick phone call prior to leading your first group to help you with anything you might need and to ensure you are fully resourced and ready for your first meeting!

It is an understatement to say how excited we are for you to have the opportunity to share this message with your community! Invite others you feel are ready, willing, and able to invest in and commit to this journey that will change their lives. We recommend keeping your group within the range of 8-12 individuals.

Decide with your group where and when will be the most convenient to meet over the course of 8 weeks. Keep your group connected via group chat, GroupMe, Facebook group, etc. Keep in touch with them often!

While our team aims to resource leaders as best as possible, one of the greatest resources to you are other leaders! Once you've chatted with your I AM coach, get connected with other I AM Leaders via our exclusive Facebook page. Feel free to share wins, ask questions, or share tips! You will receive a link to this Facebook page via e-mail.

Prior to each meeting, review each session in your leader guide. To be fully prepared, be sure to watch each sessions video teaching before leading your group.

After your meetings, we'd love to hear your feedback and provide you with any help you might need to succeed! Connect with your designated I AM coach via phone, zoom, or text - whatever works with your schedule!
